Can I render over existing painted render?

Not directly. Existing paint prevents bond. Options: fully strip paint + render (SBR bond coat), or apply a full mesh-reinforced basecoat over the painted surface as an isolation layer. Either way, cheap "just skim over the top" solutions fail within 12–24 months.

What's the difference between K-rend and Weber?

Both are premium monocouche systems with similar performance. K-rend is often specified by architects for its colour range and factory finish quality. Weber (Saint-Gobain) is widely available with strong technical support. Price similar; performance similar. Choose based on availability and your merchant relationship.

Do I need scaffold or can I use a tower?
